    2021 Maple season is finally here we have had a few good days for making all the maple goodies. We are hoping that we have more before the end of the season.
    We use Dark Robust maple syrup to make a delicious maple sugar.   It has a darker color and little stronger maple taste.
    100% Pure Maple Sugar made from 100% Pure Maple Syrup in Finger Lakes Region of New York State.   We make our own maple sugar that comes from our own maple syrup that comes from our sugar bush with our sugar maples & red maples for a unique tasting syrup. Maple sugar can be used in just about anything, it can be used in place of white and/or brown sugar in your cookie or cake recipes, in your hot coffee or tea.
